Trouble sleeping?  Here are 4 Must-Have items!

WEAR THESE 2 HOURS BEFORE BED

FIrst, let's talk that dratted blue light that emits from all our devices and SUPPRESSES melatonin production (which we hope will increase before bedtime)!

Here are the glasses I purchased - another trusted Amazon favorite with over 30K reviews.  I like them because they also ease eye tension and strain from staring at a computer so many hours during the day!  These are right up my alley!

INCREASE YOUR BODY'S SLEEP HORMONE

And speaking of melatonin, some folks swear by melatonin supplements!  I've actually used them a time or two myself especially when the time change occurs or when I have been particularly stressed and am in desperate need for good, sound sleep!

When I do, I notice that I tend to dream AND I experience a much deeper sleep.

This product is also an Amazon's Choice and has over 10K reviews with an average well over 4!  *Always consult your medical professional before taking even "safe" or natural supplements.

But....what about the PILLOW????

LET'S HAVE SOME PILLOW TALK

Yes!  The pillow wins the day!  I mean, how many have you bought in your lifetime?!  (Yeah, me, too!) And. they. never. EVER. work.  :/

Several years ago, I was on a week long Teen Bible Quiz trip with my church, and after the very first night in the hotel, I awakened totally amazed that I had slept the entire night through!  My neck was not hurting! The pillow was like a cloud for my weary head!  I mean, who sleeps well the first night at a hotel (or even the second for that matter?!)

I was in heaven!  I really thought I had discovered a miracle pillow!  Needless to say, as soon as I got home I ordered 2 of them, branded by Pacific Coast.  I STILL use them to this day!  They are amazing! PS:  They are NOT cheap.  I almost couldn't believe I paid this price...but it was the perfect decision for me, and I've not regretted it!

THE NOSE HAS IT!

The powerful impact of pleasant aromas on the brain and body might just by the simplest way to help you drift off to a peaceful night's slumber.

My kiddos used to love the nightly spritz of lavender on their pillows before bed.  And for me, the de-stressing scent invites me into complete relaxation mode which helps my body unwind and settle down to rest.

Feel restored and ready when you awaken!

So there ya have it!  But wait...what's all this really about?!

You may have guessed it already!  It's a bit of a promo for EPISODE 044 of the Choose 2 Think Podcast, of course!

Matter of fact, if you like these 4 simple ideas, just wait until you hear a couple dozen more practical tips for healthy, restorative sleep on this episode!  If King David was able to get a good night's rest considering what he was going through in Psalm 3, well, by golly, I think we should, too!

Tune in to discover all the tricks!
