 You're gonna love this full episode with Ben Virgo of Christian Heritage London as he shares fascinating stories of a few of the great heroes of the faith such as John Wesley and William Wilberforce. Ben emphasizes how many of these men were ordinary folks with ordinary struggles just like you and I, yet they changed the world! The faith of these heroes hinged on Christ and the resounding announcement of the Gospel that it is Christ who finished the work through His resurrection. It is that victorious and eternal life that we are promised, our own grit and grind notwithstanding. If you've ever had THOUGHTS such as: I must try harder! I'm not enough. I don't measure up to the next guy. I don't have what it takes. I must persist! It's all about my technique... I need a stronger resolve! then you might ask God to reveal to your spirit and penetrate your heart with the knowledge and understanding that He has done the work and you can rest in Him and Him alone.
