So you take the path of least resistance with your thoughts. You repeat those same negative and toxic thoughts that actually may have gotten you where you are now in the first place.

• I can’t do my life.
• I’m always alone.
• I’m so tired of all this.
• I’ll never get ahead.
• Whatever I try to do, it always fails.
• Nobody understands me.
• Even my best efforts amount to nothing.
• I just wish I had someone to help me.
