Kimberly has worked in the training and development field for more than 20 years and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. In addition, she’s a certified trainer, speaker and coach with the John Maxwell Team. On a personal note, Kimberly is married to her husband Melvin. They attend and are involved in serving at Capital City Christian Church. They have five adult children which includes 2 daughters-in-law.
