That's a million dollar question, yes?! I recently asked this very question to some of the FIRED UP MIND CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS, the near unanimous answer to where they found comfort was with.... You probably guessed it: FOOD.
Food is awesome, but it cannot quite deliver the soul comfort we really need for nourishment and to sustain us over the long haul. Also, too much sugar is reeeeeeeaaaallllly bad for our brains! And sweets and starches, AKA junk foods, are the top comfort foods for most folks. In this episode of the Choose 2 Think Podcast, we explore spiritual roots in order to help us eradicate those THOUGHTS and ACTIONS they are producing in our lives--which in turn de-energizes the ROOTS! Bad roots -> Bad fruit. Good roots -> Good fruit. Be sure to tune in and let me know what you think! :) I share several personal stories to illustrate how I got to the root of self-pity in my life! Isn't it time to live your best THOUGHT? Join me on the adventure! Comments are closed.
