I remember from psychology class in college that most folks go through at least two depressions in their life times.
We naturally face hard times when we lose someone we love, experience a divorce or job loss, become seriously ill, or in general feel lifeless and without purpose. Processing grief and sorrow is unique to each one of us. But how do we muster the courage to take heart and look for that ray of hope?
Although there's no one-size-fits-all approach, as Christians we can certainly choose to invite God into our seasons of grief and sorrow.
Tune in to Episode 108: The Two Guests and How Sorrow Turns to Grief to find encouragement and inspiration for your journey through tough times. If you know someone who's having a rough go at it, please forward to them the episode link.
