1. Choose your thoughts wisely. Determine what you are focusing most on.
2. Find ways to be grateful even during difficulties and challenges. Find the benefits of your situation.
3. Remember that God has given you eternal life, the ultimate victory, through Jesus Christ. Shouldn't this mean something to you as you pick up your cross daily?
