6 REASONS YOU SHOULD AVOID SUGAR

  1. Reducing the risk of obesity: Consuming too much sugar, especially in the form of sugary drinks and processed foods, can contribute to weight gain and obesity. Obesity is a risk factor for many health conditions, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers.
