I remember from psychology class in college that most folks go through at least two depressions in their life times.
We naturally face hard times when we lose someone we love, experience a divorce or job loss, become seriously ill, or in general feel lifeless and without purpose. Processing grief and sorrow is unique to each one of us.
But how do we muster the courage to take heart and look for that ray of hope?
On Episode 061 of the Choose 2 Think Podcast, Janelle Banks and I chat about the loss of her con-joined twin* sons, Josiah and Josias in 2015. She shares her personal story of grief and loss and how she found joy through it all in Jesus Christ.
What gripped my heart during this interview was Janelle's awe-inspiring trust in God and her strong faith and acceptance of His ways, even when faced with losing her babies.
Loss or death of a loved one is a life experience that most of us have encountered. Today on the Choose 2 Think Podcast you will meet Bryan C. Taylor who has captured in remarkable ways those otherwise universal feelings and emotions that result from love, loss, and life in the aftermath.
Bryan's first book Even if You Don't is a #1 Amazon bestseller in the love and loss category.
