ABOUT THE CHOOSE 2 THINK PODCAST
In January of this year, I launched the CHOOSE 2 THINK PODCAST with the hope and prayer to offer faith-based encouragement to help us all put our feet into motion, our words into deeds, and our love into action.
The podcast is called CHOOSE 2 THINK because as Christians we are called to take our thoughts captive and to operate out of a renewed mind. With the COVID-19 pandemic, anxious and distressing thoughts can really get the best of us if we’re not careful and on guard! Many of us are now working from home and we may even be facilitating the education of our children! We are feeling a bit overwhelmed and isolated to be sure!
These times call us to fight back against toxic thoughts and to take back our emotions!
Each week, I offer practical tips on what this looks like from a variety of life situations and stories using the Old Testament Psalms as foundation. I also interview local entrepreneurs and shining stars about their journey in overcoming self-limiting thoughts and toxic emotions. We chat about how the mindset of gratitude has impacted the way they do business and life.
Because I am really jazzed about what I have to share each week on the CHOOSE 2 THINK PODCAST, I’m trying to get the word out and increase exposure of the CHOOSE 2 THINK PODCAST.
So I created a giveaway for a $50 gift card to Bath and Body Works. These days especially, we need extra supplies of hand soaps, de-stressing candle fragrances, and aromatherapy lotions.
