What students are saying
Victoria is an excellent teacher and teaches from her heart, the Lord's Word, and personal experiences.

My issue is going to food for comfort. I will do great for several months, but once I start eating sweets, I really do find it hard to stop. The most common emotion for me overeating is stress. I am naturally a stressful person even though I am constantly talking to myself and saying not to be stressed. I know this is a big contributor. I put a lot of pressure on myself to be there for everyone, helping them sometimes beyond my physical or emotional limits. And when I don't help someone, I feel guilty. Thanks for this class. I want to re-watch videos and spend more time praying and on the homework assignments. I think this will take more than one viewing for me to fully get the benefits you have experienced.
--Jennifer, KY
I appreciate so much your putting these quite complex ideas into accessible terms. And your questions are very provocative. I like the idea of battle and "arsenal." And I like how you let us know what is our responsibility.
