ABOUT CHOOSE 2 THINK MINISTRIES

Hey, I’m Victoria—so glad you’re here!

I’m a Christian author, mindset coach, podcast host, and Nana who’s passionate about helping women like you ditch toxic thoughts and live with joy, peace, and purpose—every single day.

Choose 2 Think Ministries was born out of one of the hardest seasons of my life—a time when anxiety and depression had a tight grip on me. But thanks to a wise mentor and a whole lot of God’s grace, I learned how to take my thoughts captive and renew my mind with Biblical truth. That shift changed everything.

Since 2020, I’ve been on a mission to help other women do the same—through books, Bible studies, podcast episodes, and one-on-one coaching. I’m all about the brain science behind mindset change and how it beautifully aligns with Scripture.

When I’m not writing or recording, I’m playing pickleball with my husband Jim, chasing after grandkids, or baking chocolate chip oatmeal cookies (my love language).

So whether you're here to grow your faith, shift your mindset, or just feel less alone in your struggles—welcome. Let’s walk this journey together as we choose to think in a way that glorifies God and brings lasting freedom.
