Nobody likes to make mistakes, trip up, fail, or miss a shot. Goofing up once is one thing, but goofing up repeatedly and driving your mind and thoughts into a pretty deep pit is quite another.
Today on the Choose 2 Think Podcast, I share a story about my recent (epic fail) experience at the Bluegrass States Games Pickleball Tournament in Lexington, KY. I was so focused on winning that I did not foster the proper mindset and healthy thought patterns DURING play. Now when I play pickleball, I'm gonna hone in on the following 5 strategies to improve my game (and let the results take care of themselves). These tips help me foster the critical sports mindset AND help me with other obstacles I face in life off the court. From an incurable chronic illness and medical prognosis “He shouldn’t be able to walk, talk, amount to anything and be death six times by now” to an entrepreneur, award winning global inspirational speaker and victorious mindset mentor
