1) What is the purpose of the 30DC? What is the theme?
Well, it's actually quite simple! After 30 days, participants will show measurable success as they move toward or achieve their short-term goal centered around the theme of developing a healthier thought life! I expect ALL students will have improvement and measurable results in accomplishing their goal! We will identify toxic thoughts and thinking patterns using a faith-based approach, and we will move toward healthier mindsets and attitudes.
If you're struggling with depression, mood swings, negativity...this is the course for you! When your brain is healthy and your thoughts are thriving, you'll find energy to succeed in other areas of your life as well! This is just the start!
2) How is the Challenge set up?
Participants can log into my Thinkific Course to get started Wednesday, January 1 - Friday, January 31, 2020. The 30DC is an online class divided into 4 modules. Each week, you will find new lessons with worksheets and check lists that you can download and print to help you achieve your mind-changing goal. These lessons will walk you through the daily, step-by-step process of reaching your goal over the course of 30 days. The idea is to help you jump start a really good habit! Once you get going in the right direction and see results, you can keep the momentum going when the challenge period ends!
3) Who are the participants?
The typical participant is a Christian who aims to learn how to take every thought captive in order to live life to the fullest. \
4) What type of goal can we set?
This is totally up to you! Some of us want to get on top of our mood swings. Others are battling depression and anxiety. Some may have a spiritual or emotional goal in mind (like developing a set daily devotional time or making room in their schedule for prayer). Maybe you have a longer term goal, but you know that the long term goal requires some brainstorming and planning, so you will use this week to get your success map recorded on paper. Truly, you name the goal!
5) Is there a cost to participate?
Yes and No. For the first 3 individuals who sign up, the course is absolutely free! rst 30DC "course" is 100% free! But there is one string attached: I value and would love your feedback on the experience. After you finish the 30DC, I would kindly request that you complete a brief, anonymous survey to help me improve the course for the next iteration. :)
